Chianti Riserva DOCG from the Chianti DOCG production area.
Grapes
95% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Ageing
Matured in cement tanks and large barrels. The Riserva designation is presented with an ageing period of at least two years.

Alcohol: 13% vol. Bottle size: 0.75 L.
Tasting profile
The persistent yet delicate bouquet shows aromatic herbs, woodland undergrowth and sweet spices. The palate is structured, soft, velvety and elegant.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with meat and aged cheeses.
