The fruit comes from local growers under long-term contracts, with Bruno Giacosa personally overseeing its quality.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, following longstanding local winemaking traditions.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for nine months.
