About this wine

Vinification

The grapes are harvested during the final 15 days of September and fermented without their skins at 16–18 °C.

Ageing

The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks and is bottled at the end of January.

Label / history

The name “Fallegro” means “something pleasant” in Italian. Favorita’s name derives from its historical status as a beloved variety among Roero winemakers.
