About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from hilly vineyards surrounding the town of Alba and is harvested only at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
After pressing at the winery, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under temperature control, never exceeding 28 °C. Malolactic fermentation follows alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages in oak barrels for six months.
