About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Barolo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and pressed at the winery. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine spends at least 18 months in oak barrels in underground cellars with constant humidity, temperature and light conditions. Its total cellar maturation is 62 months.
