About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo grapes are grown in vineyards in the Langhe and harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed at the winery and fermented in stainless-steel tanks under temperature control, never exceeding 28 °C. Malolactic fermentation follows alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels in underground cellars with constant humidity, temperature and lighting.
