About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Castelletto vineyard.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September and macerated on the skins for 10 days at 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for 10 months before bottling.
