About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Suvereto in the province of Livorno, Tuscany, at 100 m above sea level. The soils combine clay, sand and silt. Planting density is 6,000 vines per hectare, and the vines are Guyot-trained.

Pinot Bianco.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 4 months in stainless steel and then spends 2 months in bottle before release.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow with greenish highlights. The refined, varied bouquet is distinguished by apricot and peach. Fresh, savoury and lively on the palate, with pleasantly persistent flavour.
Serving and pairing
Well suited to an aperitif and to accompanying starters and fish dishes.

The first vintage was produced in 2001.
