About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

Grapes

Sangiovese forms the basis of the blend, complemented by Alicante, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vinification

Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28–29 °C, with 15–18 days of maceration.

Ageing

The wine matures in tanks for 8–10 months. A portion spends 4–6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting profile

Soft, rounded and well balanced, with elegance and richness contributed by the complementary varieties.
