About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from organic vineyards in Veneto and are picked by hand.
Vinification
The grapes macerate on the skins for 6 days before pressing. Fermentation is spontaneous and takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled without filtration.
Tasting profile
The wine sits somewhere between a white and an orange wine. It is very fresh and beautifully balanced.
