About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from organically farmed vineyards in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated on their skins for six hours before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel tanks. After ageing, the wine is bottled with residual sugar, which initiates a second fermentation in the bottle.
Ageing
The wine ages in steel barrels.
