About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The estate vineyards lie on sandy alluvial soils with a high potassium content.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes ferment with natural yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle.
