About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The estate vineyards lie on sandy alluvial soils with a high potassium content.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts. The second fermentation follows the Charmat method, and the wine is bottled without filtration.
