About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in southeast-facing vineyards on loamy soils near the town of Kaltern.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and cold-macerated for eight hours before pressing. Fermentation begins naturally and continues at a controlled temperature of 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks for five months.
