About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from selected vineyards in the hills of Unterland and Überetsch in South Tyrol.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested with care, thoroughly destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 17 °C.

Ageing

After fermentation the young wine matures in steel tanks, with the fine lees stirred frequently. It is bottled around April of the following year.

Tasting profile

Distinctive floral and spicy aroma. The palate is fresh, with lively acidity.

Serving and pairing

Pairs with fish appetizers, pies, foie gras, and grilled or baked seafood. It also works as an aperitif.
