About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The soils have a structure similar to those found beyond the Alps and are rich in macro- and micronutrients.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed as whole bunches. The must ferments with natural yeasts. In the following spring, the base wine undergoes a second fermentation in pressurized tanks.
Ageing
The base wine remains on its lees until the spring following the harvest.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with fruity and floral aromas and an open, well-balanced palate.
