Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Tuscany.
Grapes
Selected Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are used in equal proportions.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted at the winery and gently pressed. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
