About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are grown in the Alba area at an altitude of 280 m. The vineyard faces southeast and has limestone and marl soils. The vines are 15–25 years old.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand at optimal ripeness, then destemmed and crushed at the winery. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.

Ageing

The wine rests for eight months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by six months in oak barrels.
