About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Nebbiolo fruit comes from the Albarella vineyard, whose vines average 35 years of age.

Vinification

The grapes are hand-harvested into 20 kg crates, then destemmed and crushed at the winery. Fermentation takes place at a controlled 34 °C, followed by maceration for at least 350 hours. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in barriques.

Ageing

The wine matures for 24 months in new barriques, followed by two months in stainless-steel tanks and six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.

Tasting profile

Elegant.
