About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from La Scolca’s vineyards in Piedmont, where the estate follows environmental and social sustainability practices. The 50 ha estate occupies elevated land in the Ligurian Apennines.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation lasts 15 days in stainless-steel tanks at a low, controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine is not aged in oak.
Tasting profile
Elegant and light on both the nose and palate.
Label / history
The bottle uses a stopper made from recycled plastic recovered from the ocean, while the label is made from recycled paper.
