Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Nero comes from the “Roccolo” vineyard.
Vinification
The varieties are vinified separately. Pinot Nero undergoes a short skin maceration before being blended with Chardonnay.
Ageing
The wine undergoes long, slow ageing in the La Valle cellars.
Tasting profile
The aroma is lively and vibrant. The palate is refined, elegant, complex and rich, combining Chardonnay’s elegance and character with the structure and power of Pinot Nero.
