About this wine
Vinification
Produced biodynamically without added sulfites. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must ferments for 10 days, then is bottled while fermentation is still under way and finishes in the bottle in the pét-nat method.

Elegant and refreshing, with a delicate berry aroma.
