About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards receive abundant sunlight, while wind helps protect the vines from disease. Legumes are planted between the rows to enrich the soil naturally.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-October, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation and maceration take place for 20 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barrels and cement tanks for 24 months, followed by at least six months in bottle.
