About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines are planted at a density of 6,600 plants per hectare on clay-limestone soils.
Grapes
Syrah makes up the largest share of the blend.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from mid-September to early October. Maceration and fermentation with natural yeasts take place in open oak vats, with vinification lasting 25 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for two years in large oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle.
