About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Corvina fruit comes from the San Pietro vineyard, whose vines are 15 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates at the end of September. After 48 hours of cold maceration, 30% of the juice ferments without the skins for 12 days at a controlled 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by two months in bottle.

Label / history
“Corderosa” is said to mean “the color of a rose” in Brazilian. The wine was created as a tribute to love in honour of Carlo Nerozzi’s Brazilian wife.
