About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness and destemmed on arrival at the winery. The harvest is split in two. Half undergoes cold maceration and is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The other half is macerated as for a red wine for 4 days, then pressed and fermented in 5-hectolitre oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for 6 months.

Charming, with a layered palate. The aroma is inviting and brings together a wide range of notes.
