About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards near Gressan, Saint-Nicolas and Aymavilles, at 550–650 metres above sea level.
Grapes
Small-berried Muscat grapes are left on the vine for a late harvest.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in November and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 45 days at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle in the winery’s cellars for six months.
