About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in a vineyard in the commune of Montjovet, in the lower part of the valley. The site produces small berries with concentrated character and rich aromas.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed as whole clusters. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 12 days at 14 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for nine months.
