About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the sunniest vineyards of the historic Torrette area, where yields are strictly limited. This gives grapes with more concentrated flavours and wines that keep for longer.
Vinification
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 8 months in stainless steel vats, followed by 5 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Fresh and aromatic, harmonious, with a crisp, dry taste.
