About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on limestone and clay soils. They are trained using the spurred-cordon system at a density of 6,000 vines per hectare. The grapes are harvested manually in mid-September.

100% Vermentino della Maremma.
Vinification
The grapes undergo gentle cold crushing, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
Three months in stainless-steel tanks.
Technical data
Alcohol: 12.5%.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow in colour, with vivid aromas of grapefruit, citrus peel and white flowers. The palate combines pleasant mineral notes with freshness.
Serving and pairing
Suggested pairings include medium-aged Pecorino di Pienza and Maremman tortelli filled with ricotta and spinach.
