About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Pinot Grigio comes from estate vineyards in Veneto, farmed biodynamically without pesticides or insecticides.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. They macerate with their dark pink skins for 5–6 hours, developing a distinctive copper hue, before gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.

Tasting profile

Elegant, with a copper hue.

Label / history

“Ramato” is Italian for “copper-coloured.”
