About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are transported to the winery, gently pressed and macerated on their skins for 18 days at a controlled temperature of 23 °C.
Ageing
Thirty per cent of the wine matures in barriques, while the remaining 70% is kept in steel tanks. The two portions are then blended and bottled, followed by further bottle ageing before release.
