About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand. After eight hours of cold maceration, the must is clarified and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for five months, followed by an unspecified period in bottle.
