About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “TiareMate” vineyard at Ruttars, in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio, Friuli. The vines grow on sunny hills with marl and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, transported to the winery in small crates and destemmed. Fermentation on the skins lasts 15 days at a controlled temperature of 20 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in barriques for 18 months at a constant temperature of approximately 20 °C, followed by an extended period of bottle ageing before release.
