About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Le Bandite vineyard lies on southwest-facing hillsides at an altitude of 330 m. Its soils are a mixture of sand and slate, and the planting density is 3,000 vines per hectare.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested between 10 and 20 October, then macerated and fermented for 25 days in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 °C.

Ageing

The wine ages for 20 months in French oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle.

Label / history

The wine takes its name from the Le Bandite vineyard.
