Grapes
The blend comprises equal parts Chardonnay, Grechetto and Pinot Grigio.
Vinification
Cryo-maceration is followed by vinification in stainless-steel tanks. The wine is ready to drink in November, two months after the harvest.

The wine is lively and fresh, with the character of newly pressed grape juice. It is young and simple, with a refreshing quality likened to a sea breeze.
Label / history
The label bears a compass design taken from an old captain’s logbook. Its nautical theme and the name Brezza evoke a fresh sea breeze.
