About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on mixed soils in Umbria.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in September and vinified almost immediately. Maceration on the lees and controlled-temperature fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
After a short period of ageing, the wine is bottled.
Tasting profile
The wine has a refreshing taste reminiscent of a fresh sea breeze.
Label / history
The label features a compass rose taken from an old captain’s logbook. Its nautical theme refers to the wine’s name: brezza means “breeze” in Italian.
