About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes grow in the deep sandy-clay soils of Umbria and are harvested in mid-September.

Vinification

The must undergoes a short maceration, then ferments in neutral vessels for 8–10 days.

Ageing

The wine is aged briefly in stainless steel tanks, with no oak. The quick vinification and absence of oak keep it light and easy to drink.

Tasting profile

Light, easy to drink and refreshing in taste.

Serving and pairing

Suited to everyday meals.

Label / history

The label shows a compass dial taken from an old captain's logbook. The nautical theme and refreshing taste evoke a fresh sea breeze, brezza in Italian.
