About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in western Sicily.
Vinification
After crushing and gentle pressing, the must is settled and fermented at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees for two months in steel tanks to preserve its varietal character, followed by about one month of maturation in bottle under temperature-controlled conditions.
Label / history
The Shedar range takes its name from Shedar, the second-brightest star in the constellation Cassiopeia.
