About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The wine is produced from the Cugnexio plot. The vineyard lies within Malgrà’s holdings in Nizza Monferrato, where the winery’s three principal parcels include Cugnexio, Gaiana and Mora di Sassi.
Serving and pairing
The 2019 vintage appeared in the Summer Wines tasting alongside a menu featuring cuttlefish and vegetables, lime-and-herb-marinated salmon, stuffed anchovies, mildly spicy spaghetti with mussels and tomato, daily fish cooked on slate, and a raspberry-and-chocolate dessert.
