The 2.5-hectare Le Sentinelle vineyard lies on the hill of the same name.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully sorted and vinified traditionally in small vessels, with extended skin maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures for 20 months in French oak barriques, followed by several months in bottle.
