About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The white grapes grow on steep slopes with soils of quartz sand, limestone and silt. Rare meadow herbs and a distinctive scent in the air attract many bees.

Vinification

Each variety is harvested separately at full ripeness. The grapes are sorted, crushed and gently pressed. The must ferments at low temperature in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

Ageing

The individual wines rest on their lees and are blended only before bottling.

Label / history

In the local Langhe dialect, “bric” means hilltop and “amel” means honey.
