About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are located in Gavi, Piedmont, at an altitude of 300 metres. Moisture-bearing sea breezes aid ripening.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September, then destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 18 °C with specially selected yeasts.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, white meat, light salads, seafood or shellfish.
