About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Croatina grapes come from both young vines and 90-year-old vines.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and gently pressed at the winery. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in neutral tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is aged in 25 hl barriques.
Label / history
The label depicts Zaffo, a stallion that lives on the estate.
