About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a vineyard in San Martino sulla Marrucina with an eastern exposure and clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second week of October at optimal ripeness. After destemming, they undergo one day of skin maceration, followed by gentle pressing and cool fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in steel vessels before being bottled in March of the following year.
