About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 200–400 m above sea level on sandy and limestone-clay soils. The vines are 15–30 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and destemmed. They undergo cryomaceration for several hours at a controlled temperature of 4–5 °C. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks under strict temperature control.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Bright in appearance, with a highly aromatic nose.
