About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Oltrepo Pavese.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled 17–20 °C and includes partial skin maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees in oak barrels for 10 months.
Serving and pairing
Pair with summer appetisers, white-fish carpaccio, seafood, lake fish, risotto, vegetable-based first courses and soft cheeses.
