The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards in Alto Adige.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo 12 hours of cold maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless steel tanks for five months.
