The grapes grow at 350 m above sea level on marl and limestone soils.

Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for one year in large Slavonian oak casks, followed by two years in French oak barrels.

The 2012 has an appealing aroma, refined texture, fresh acidity and a taut character.
