Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested into small crates, gently whole-bunch pressed and vinified at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation under pressure.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with white meat, fish and seafood.
